All advertising on the sidebar, or under blog post is done either through a banner or text link. Discounts are available when you purchase 6 or 12 month placement, or if you have a giveaway/review and would like just one month there is a $5 discount on banner prices.
Prices are as follows:

I love hosting reviews and giveaways on Life with 5 monkies, and would be honored to host yours. Please read the following guidelines and then send me an email at fivemonkiesreview@gmail.com. All emails are answered within 24 hours unless there is a personal reason I can’t get to the computer.
- I am able to host reviews of jewelry, books, movies, cds, toys for Pre-Teen girls, toys for Toddler boys, toys for Pre-school boys, toys for girls ages 11 and under/boys ages 6 and under, kitchen supplies (including appliances), electronics, womens clothing, mens clothing, childrens/womens/mens shoes, food items. If you have another type of item that you think would be a good fit, please let me know and I will consider it.
- Reviews are posts that have an item sent to me directly to be tried out and reviewed. If you would like a review without sample, it is a website review (see below for pricing)!
- Reviews are posted within 4 weeks of receiving the product, but if you need it sooner please let me know and I will try to work with your need as best as I can.
- If you are sponsoring a giveaway you are responsible for shipping to the winner. Be sure to let me know whether it is US and Canada or just US. I do not budge on this, so if you cannot ship to the winner please do not request a giveaway! All giveaways ran without a sample sent to me carry a $25 post charge for items valued under $100, a $50 post charge for items valued between $100 and $200, and $100 for items valued over $200. Posts are minimum 250 words, include 3 links, and pictures taken from your site or that you supply.
- I run all giveaways that are less than $200 in value for 2 weeks, unless a different time is requested or if it is for a special event. Please contact me for information on upcoming blog events.
Want a Press Release published on Life with 5 monkies?
I do not mind posting press releases on here. It must be relevant to my blog and cover something I normally would review. For all pre-written press releases there is a $10 post charge.
Interested in a website review?
I enjoy letting my readers know about websites out there and would love to review yours. If you are interested in having me review your website I charge $50 for a 250 word minimum post. This is compensation for the time I spend thoroughly going through your website, checking out what other people have to say about your website, and my time writing it. If you would like an example of a website review, you can check HERE. If you are a blogger and would like your website featured, please email me for information. Bloggers can be featured on Lw5m for a post charge of $20, button on sidebar for $5 a month, text link on sidebar for $3 a month.
Other ways to let Life with 5 monkies promote your products:
I do have a few other ways I like to promote companies, and would love to promote yours in the most up to date way. If you are interested in having a more unique promotion try one of the following:
- Twitter Promotion-Involves a tweet about your company twice a day. Includes a link to your website and Twitter handle. Prices start at $50 for one week. (Please note this is Monday through Saturday only!) You get a $5 discount for each additional week you purchase, up to 4 weeks.
- Twitter Party-Involves a single night party with prizes for participants, tweets 3 times daily to promote the event, and a feature blog post about the upcoming party. Price for a Twitter Party is $250.
- Facebook Promotion-Involves a daily post on Facebook about your company, includes a link to your website. Suggesting your Facebook page to all my Facebook friends/likes. Prices start at $25 for a week long Facebook campaign.
- In Home Party- This is one of my favorites. Why? Because I get to show you off to my neighbors and friends! For a base package home party you would send me enough samples for 10 guests to take home, one sample for me to work with and show off, discount coupons for the guests to spread the word with, and business cards to hand out. During the in home party I will have twitter live and going so that online people are drawn in as well. I will also photograph and video the party and the guests reactions to the product(s). After the party I will write a post including the photos and video, as well as post the video to You Tube. The price for a Base package is $200. If you would like to add additional things to the In Home Party package like a Twitter Party, one of the Twitter/Facebook Promotions, or even an online giveaway, please ask for additional pricing.

I am looking for sponsors to be able to attend blog conferences. Why? Because I want to learn how to grow my blog and get my name out there even more. I want companies to know that they are getting the best out of their partnership with Life with 5 monkies. To do this I need to be able to hear from other bloggers and speakers at these conferences. Fundraising with the Monkies
Pediatric Cancer Research-Whatchagonnado.org
4 years ago I met a wonderful group of women online. We were all pregnant with twins at the time and were leaning on each other for support and advice. Amazingly after having our babies, we moved to a new site and kept in contact. Sharing pictures, milestones, and still leaning on our fellow multiple moms for advice and support. June of 2008 brought the hardest news any of us expected. We were shocked and saddened to find out one of our own was in the fight of their lives. Jessica Whitt found out her daughter Tuesday had Neuroblastoma Stage 4. Tuesday fought hard. We fought hard to support the Whitts. Then when Tuesday passed in January 2009, we banded together again. Knowing that the Whitts had accumulated an amazing medical bill, the group came up with the idea of the Tuesday Blog Party. The idea was simple. We would find companies and bloggers to sponsor an item to auction. Each auction would cost $1. Think of buying a raffle ticket. The more you buy the more chances you have. So, in the blog party the more you donate the more entries into that auction, or whatever auction you want to enter, you get! The first year we raised over $3000. Which is pretty amazing for a group of bloggers and moms. As I write this, we are gearing up for the 2nd Annual Tuesday Blog Party For a Cure and are accepting sponsorships and blog host requests.
But of course, I want to do MORE! Why only raise money one time a year? Why only use my resources once a year to make a big splash? All money raised through this site will go to Whatchagonnado.org, where Jess and Charley Whitt will distribute it to families who are facing the uphill battle known as pediatric cancer. Book Drive- Local schools, libraries, Christmas gift bags
I believe in reading to kids, with kids, and alone. Reading is a fundamental part of my life and I try to teach my children the importance of a good book. If you would like to have me review a book for you, why not drop in an extra copy to be donated.
