Life in the Best household can be both chaotic and calm. On those crazy chaotic mornings our go to breakfast is cereal. The kids of course have their favorites. Big G brand cereals being one of the main brands who carry the cereals they like. Of course they go for the sugary sweet cereals like Trix, Lucky Charms, and my own personal favorite Reese’s Puffs. But there are some better ones that mom and kids can both agree on. Cheerios being one of them.
I don’t mind so much giving the kids the sugary sweet cereals since they tend to be gluten free and I can keep an eye on the nutrients. As well as the no high fructose corn syrup and more wholesome grains (especially in the Multi-Grain Cheerios). Not to mention Publix often has some really good cereal sales with Big G cereals. If you aren’t aware of what the Big G is, well it is General Mills brand of cereal.
The kids are cereal snobs. But really aren’t we all? We all have our favorites. The ones that we gravitate towards and want to have in our bellies. Whether it is a late night snack or just a quick breakfast. Not to mention all the fun ways you can use cereal. Cereal bars, toppings for yogurt, topping for ice cream, and oh so much more.
Be sure to check out the savings through the 9th of February at your local Publix where you can snag $1 off two boxes of Big G cereal!
